I had never rented at this location before, but I had heard good things, as this is the only place my mother will come to rent. The things I heard were true. I dealt with Shawn while I was there and this guy knows what customer service is about. He was positive, helpful and thorough. The process was fast and easy. Thank you Shawn, this is now my favorite enterprise location now too.

It was one of the best experiences I ever encountered when it comes to making me feel I was being treated with great and respectful customer service. The communication from Rashawn and Chevy was simply incredible, as I personally have never encountered someone who really takes the time to care about you as a customer and asking you for your needs to help you customize a rental contract to what is needed for you. I didnt have a great experience this time with my automobile insurance to get me the rental, but Rashawn and Chevy went above and beyond to take care of my experience with the rental vehicle. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this location and if I do need a rental again, I would only come this office with Rashawn and Chevy.

Assistant manager Rashawn and team member Marnita was exceptional. Great customer service, very patient, went above and beyond by offering me an upgraded vehicle. Also, offered to drop me off after returning vehicle. I will only rent from this location if Im in the Phoenix area. Thank you for the great experience!
