      image Over an hour wait with a reservation confirmed and all fees were not disclosed. Also this location doesnt deliver or pick up the vehicle so you have to pay for transportation to and from their office. Never again.

      image I rented cars from Enterprise from Cali, Seattle, South Dakota and even Fla and I am happy to leave a great review about the Sierra Vista AZ location over all those other locations, After all they don't have Monica the assistant manager working at those locations. Monica has all the CS skills that any business owner would hope for in any of their employee's. She went out of her way helping me on more then one occasion and watching her work and interact with customers is great, she seems to always be smiling. As a 6 time business owner I can assure you she is the real deal and Enterprise rental cars should be proud that she works for them!
