Avis Car Rental

Avis Preferred is a joke. Just waited 30min for my car then had to wait 10min to get out of the garage.

Waited 60 minutes to get a car that was reserved in advance with Avis Preferred. There is no one working here

In and out friendly staff . Easy drop off . It was a little expensive but I guess everything is these days .

If possible, I would leave less than 1 star. If you fly in Phoenix, DONT USE AVIS. It took over 2 hours standing in line to get a rental car. It was a circus. After I complained to an employee, he told me, hell, what did you expect, we are busy. This type of customer service is uncalled for. Avis was not only rude, but they also wasted an excessive amount of my time while traveling. Which, is at a premium when navigating meetings and connections. Sky Harbor Avis doesnt deserve to have customers trust them with their travel needs.

Don't bother with Avis. I made a reservation and pre-checked in. I got off the plane at midnight, showed up, and there were no cars left. They told me to come back the next day, and it was a 3 hour wait with a reservation. Just an awful experience
