I use the Gilbert branch and can't say enough about the great service I receive from everyone such great service. When I have a problem or don't understand something I receive help especially from Cheryl. She explains everything, she is pleasant and knowledgeable . I have been a customer starting from IL since 1978. I couldn't Bank with a better group of people. Thank you BMO!

The customer service (at least over the phone) is terrible. The rep was not helpful and basically just parroted back what I was saying. I would not do business with this bank. My personal bank currently is going through extensive verification for a check I deposited that was received from WAB. They say they are being extra cautious because of do not honor and failed payment dealings from WAB. Proceed with caution.

Personal bank accounts can only be accessed through a middle man called SaveBetter. Normally wouldn't be an issue but they only let you link one external bank account to withdraw/deposit from and you can only change it once every 60 days.
The account I linked I closed after moving funds over so my money was held hostage for 60 days after that before I could access any funds.
Western Alliance Bank should consider pushing back on this policy as it does not look good for them to hold funds hostage for two whole months!
