I rarely leave reviews and NEVER pull the race card; but the way I was treated by this incompetent racist staff is unacceptable. They tried to send me through hoops and requested that I sign a new application form and update every detail of my profile before they would allow me to make a simple withdrawal. I have been with this bank for 9 years and never encountered such discrimination. I watched the white customers come in and out without a single issue. It was insulting and a complete waste of an hour of my life before I deslcides to go to a more respectable branch that values my service. This should've been a 10 minute transaction after showing my id and bank card. Repulsive.

2021: This branch has their act together! Ignacio, Rocio, and Sally phenomenal! Knowledgeable, hard-working, and great customer service! PNC is lucky to have acquired them in the upcoming takeover. 5 stars! 2023: Well now that Sally and Rocio have left and staffing challenges and pnc app is horrible and constantly changing for the worse I have to remove a few stars. This branch is really going downhill. Back when it was BBVA it was the pride of the neighborhood and all my colleagues did business and personal banking here and even did mortgages thru them. PNC is extra special to me being from Pittsburgh and where PNC is headquartered so it is extremely disheartening and to a point EMBARRASSING that a bank is run this poorly both with online, phone and in-person services. This is all reflected in the continuously downhill spiral of Google and other reviews. Soon I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
