        Many of the US bank branches across Phoenix are staffed with people who have poor attitudes and who display unprofessional behavior. This particular branch however, has friendly, helpful, professional employees who strive to satisfy their customers while meeting all of their regulatory goals. It can be done, people. Hats off and bravo to this branchs management team and winning, ethical attitude employees. You certainly give this bank a bit of credibility where its most needed. Anyone who, like me, has a terrible distaste for US Bank is sure to find that this branch is not like the rest and thats a good thing!!
