Chase Bank

Banker discriminationI Tried to open an account with my settlement check for $8000 this bank was extremely bias and rude..my check even had the chase bank name on it and they refused to verify it or open an account because I was African American I went to another chase branch and opened an account with no issues

I inquired information on what there top 10 grossing companies where banking with there branch and they said they couldn't disclose that information I'm just curious as to what company's have a strong work ethic that keeps there employees and there families in a finacial growth that was greater than my own was looking for alternative options on lifestyle

Set an appointment for 230 to see an agent for compromise acct. Came in to empty bank no customers. 215 a little early. Really made me wait till past 230. Lady came in after me they helped her right away no appt. I left work early to deal with this. Very annoying that I was the only customer in building and had an appointment and still saw me late. When I asked can I be seen I was told she was busy doing other things . If I didn't need this appointment I would have walked out. Bet if I spoke Spanish they would be able to help me faster
