Really love the people here at this branch. They are very helpful and friendly. Came in needed help with opening an account for my daughter and Sami was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The service at this location is exceptional. The staff approached me even before I approached them. Angel was significantly helpful in providing information regarding my questions how to prepare in case of having credit card lose or international transactions requirement while moving out abroad .

I have been going here for years. Today I waiting in line with my small children only to get to the front for them to tell me they no longer do anything to do with business and she cant do my deposits today. I was never previously informed that they would be changing their services. Whats the point of a bank if I cant make deposits. Im very disappointed in their service.

Excellent customer service especially when it comes to answering questions. Very knowledgeable team. Ms. Yorgelis answered many of questions one by one. I also received a warm welcome from manager Ms. Brittany, which was very impressive.
