        Worst chase bank around, always long wait just see banker , drive thru slow as always have issues Even if u make appointment see banker your going to wait

        WORST Chase bank I have ever been to. The drive through teller, Danira, was the worst chase employee I have ever encountered. She was so rude would not even let me finish my sentence. Didnt even say hello, nothing. Not even a thank you or anything after sending us back our cards. Branch was not busy there was no cars in the lot. Ive worked for banks for the past 10 years and have never been so disappointed. They really need to focus on their customer service or find a job where they dont need to be the face of a company.
