Terrible ATMs and terrible customer service. I refuse to keep banking with a bank that's forcing everything online.

Its a very busy location, we came to provide legal documents to gain control of our clients/wards accounts and the branch manager Armando did everything in his power to help us resolve our client/ward accounts.

I would honestly rate a zero but figure since I have used them for over 20 years, I will give them a one star for not being able to keep a life long customer. (And all those others that I will share this experience with who are a grand amount of millionaires, no over exaggerations here) DMy feelings following my most recent experience is to don't ever work with Branch Manager Jimmy in Mesa AZ, unless he learns how to deal with customers respectfully. I pay $25 a month for Bank of America to ensure my money is processed accurately, timely, and safely. They chose to not handle an issue on my account today that I have been trying to resolve thru both the debit card processor, the customer care reps that support Bank of America and layer tried with Zelle. Zelle had some issue occur the past few days and they (meaning BOA and Zelle) did not move monies from my account to my sons account, whilst blaming one another for their issues with databases. I went to the physical branch in Mesa AZ to have someone help me there. Spokeswoman the Branch Manager Jimmy and due to his inappropriate mannerisms and unprofessionalism, it resulted in me and my husband withdrawung our monies from BOA (2 personal accounts of over 250k combined and 2 business accounts with undisclosed amount. This 'Branch Manager' should attend Tact in the Workplace and Conflict Management classes or be fired. I have never been treated like this by any other BOA Branch Managers in the 5 states we have homes in and have personal relationships with until this most recent visit to see my son and his newborn in Mesa Arizona. You lost a 20+ year customer, a good amount of money and compound interest for having us, and respect for BOA.
