Wells Fargo Bank

I make weekly deposits for an employee, bc he works out of town. I have used the same sticky note with his account number on for months, since WF has changed to electronic. Every other teller is able to make the deposit without any issues. Today, the service manager was unable to find account. Makes remark that looks like a phone number. She had already stamped the back of the check and had to white it out. She gave the check back stating. "It doesn't work." I said I come every week and this has never happened before. Went straight to the WF off Greenfield/McKellips and the check was deposited with the same sticky note without any issues. Apparently, she was doing something wrong and/or just had an attitude.

Very disappointed with the service from wells fargo. I was told my credit card was very old and that instead of 1% cash back I can get 2%. I recently ran a large sum through that card in the past 2 months and have been with WF for decades! over 20 years.. after being bounced from dept to dept. spoke to 6 people on the phone. I was told they would not give me the points. I was told there was a banner on the website that introduced the new points credit card.. so if you don't log on line you wont know they have a better credit card? horrible experience ... moving to a credit union that would have at the very least offered me some of the points I missed out on.
