Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Bank of America has terrible terrible customer service. Someone has opened or trying to open an online account using my email and not sure what else they are fraudulently using. I call their customer service phone number as instructed and immediately as instructed by the phone number listed on the email saying I have been enrolled. No one to talk to , all automated. They take make billions of dollars made from customers every year and their too cheap to have live customer service on the weekends. I would never and have not in decades done business with this institution. This is B of A as a whole and not just this location. Taking billions and not caring for customers on weekends Just another giant corporate American company getting rich and ignoring those that made them rich. Boycott B of A.

I don't understand the point of being open from 10am-4pm weekdays only. This location is never open when I try to go inside for various reasons. Plus if you try to use the outside ATM's in the afternoon you can't read the screens.

The bank teller was beyond rude and insulting, probably the worst experience I have ever had with Bank of America. The notary and front door greeter were very pleasant and helpful but the bank teller was extremely rude.
