      image They literally never answer the phone. Ive been in there SO many times, at all times of the week and day- they are NEVER too busy to answer the phone. They just sit behind the counter and do nothing. I even spoke w a manager about it, months ago. No improvement. How disappointing, we shouldnt have to drive there to have a few questions answered. The Chase app bot does a better job than this branch.

      image This is the WORST Chase Bank in all of Arizona. Even when you're the only customer at the branch, they will burn 30 mins of your day. It feels like every employee is on Xanax.
