BBVA Bank

I have been a loyal customer since 2004, back when BBVA, now PNC, was still Compass Bank and there are reasons why I continue to bank here. GREAT customer service, no problems at all, and ALWAYS FRIENDLY SERVICE!!! When I told my previous location (56th St. & Ray in Chandler) that I was moving to Apache Junction, they told me all about this location. Joey and Andrea are my go-to's here, as well as Chris and they have all gone above and beyond to help me with anything and everything, making my transition here (and as a widow earlier this year) smooth as silk. I HIGHLY recommend them for your banking needs!

I would have given this Bank zero Stars if it were possible. Not just this Branch but the entire chain of them is just a joke. The manager at this branch is so full of himself he stands around telling anyone that will listen about the other financial institution (he was happy to give the name of it) he used to work for. How he quit because they were too "cheap" to empty his trash every night. This is unbelievably unprofessional. Trotted around the bank drinking a monster. Again extremely unprofessional. You call their 800 number and are left sitting on hold forever. Then usually they don't even solve the problem you have. I wouldn't bank at this bank or any of the other locations if you paid me to. It is an absolute joke don't waste your time or your money at BBVA!!!

It was a bummer when the ATM was not accepting cash deposits but thankfully the teller window was open and Chris was more than willing to help me and he did and it was actually resolved pretty quickly so that was awesome

Ride up on a motorcycle and find the doors closed due to staffing. I had to ride over to the drive through teller. They said they couldn't open the doors. Due to covid i couldn't write down my account number because we can't share pens. I had to shout my account # so everyone with in ear shot could hear. There was no manager on site. How does a bank run short on managers and no upper management fill in? This is not how a business/bank is run. If upper management doesn't care why would there employees!

The staff there know me, because I'm very friendly, and are always very nice and professional. Jeff and Cory take very good care of me with my transactions. We have our business and personal accounts with BBVA, along with a new Line of Credit. It's a great neighborhood bank!
