        Jessica Weeks helped me with a very difficult transition after the loss of a loved one. She made everything easy on my end while making pleasant small talk while we got everything squared away over the course of 5 hours in 2 days. It's rare to be treated with the respect and care she did during the two days I had to come in. Appreciate the great advice she had to offer Definitely will be my banker going forward.

        Awesome its good to know the banks still care about the hard working blue collar guys here in America great service didnt try to up sell me and took great care of my needs I recommend anybody who moves from out of state to the state of Arizona to change over to US Bank, especially the branch on Main Street in Mesa

        Customer service is absolutely horrible both at this location and Tempe the 1800 numbers the worst they just hang up on you don't use this bank my account was closed but they keep accepting my direct deposit and refuse to give me my money if I go inside a branch go with a bigger well known bank such as western I've never been so disappointed in my life
