The owner talks very fast and is very competent. Lol Knew what the problem was in 5 seconds. We were referred by another mechanic (express auto) who didn't have the expertise to work on a prius.

I couldn't get an appointment in Sedona so I was able to get a next morning one here. I showed up at 745am The technician started opening the Bay doors at 10 till 8, Looked at my vehicle issue ordered parts and had me on my way by 820am. That was some great service. As always, Ryan and team came through again today! A rodent had nibbled through some of my Jeeps wiring and had sensor lights going off in my instrument panel. On extremely short notice, Ryan diagnosed where the culprit had been dining, fixed the problem and had me back on the road within an hour! This is the fourth vehicle weve had Black Hills Auto Electric repair for us in the last three years. Superb value wouldnt even know where else to take our vehicles when problems arise. Appreciative and grateful; thanks again!
