This was my first time at Phillips Auto Repair, and I am so beyond happy with the service they provided! I was nervous to look for a new mechanic because I have next to zero knowledge about vehicles, but my experience here took that stress away. I immediately called my husband after picking up my car, and told him that this is where were taking our vehicles from now on! Everyone I interacted with was so kind and friendly, and you can tell they care about their customers. After looking over my vehicle, Brian called me and thoroughly explained what issues they noticed, what he felt was urgent, and what he felt could wait and for how long it could wait. He made sure to give me all of the information so I could make an informed decision about my vehicle, and you can tell that he takes a lot of pride in his work. They completed their work in a timely fashion, and the prices seem very fair!! I cannot recommend this shop enough. Thank you so much for your help!
