This place is awful. Worst repair service ever. They will try and screw you anyway they can and are in league with the insurance company, so don't expect new parts or even parts that fit. Find someone else for your repairs, anyone else would be better then this place. They are rude and will make excuses and good luck on a warranty repair. Just awful!
***I don't know who "Brent" is, I never got a call from anyone. The experience I had with your office staff and workers telling me "That's Just How it is" and the "Fit" normal just shows me you guys are terrible and you didn't want to help me when I picked up the car so what changed?" Don't use this place people. It's terrible like I said.

Gerber did an *outstanding* repair job on our Mustang hood and bumper. It looks like a new car. Kayle communicated with us throughout the process and was great to work with.
