      image The last time I took electronics to be repaired at a (different) repair shop, I had a truly terrible experience, so I really didn't know what to expect here, but they were amazing. I made an appt on the Apple website, but they told me I could have just walked it in. They were super friendly and patient with me (I was a little spacey because I was in panic-mode with my computer not working), and they had my computer back to me by the end of the day, good as new. 100% would happily return.
