All I have to say is we no longer own a GMC or Chevy but we will not take ANY of our 7 cars anywhere else. It is all due to Chris in the service department. He is honest, cares about the safety of our daughters older cars and puts the customer first. If you want someone who is going to be honest, cares about your safety and your dollar, work with Chris. Always returns our calls promptly and never makes you feel pressured. I wish I could him 10 stars. He deserves it. Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection, Battery

As if going to have my car serviced at 7:40 am was high on my list, it wasnt. Chris C knew I had a doctors appointment at 9:00 and when my car wasnt ready at 8:50 he graciously provided me a ride. I called Chris when my appointment was done and he magically appeared outside the door to the doctors office and when we returned to Henry Brown Buick my car was ready! Double Yay. I went to pay for my services and met another Chris who found a $20 coupon for a synthetic oil change! Ill never have my car serviced anywhere but Henry Brown Buick!!
