I love coming to the western branch of regions Bank. It's near the neighborhood, easy accessible for seniors like myself, staff is very helpful and efficient.

Landscaping is beautiful Staff is always friendly and on time!

This bank has the worst customer service ever. And apparently they don't know what time they open.

Returned a check that they said had already been deposited. Thats because they returned it the first time. Now refused to give me my check back.
