Regions Bank (Drive-Thru Only)

Went by on Saturday morning 1/7 when I needed a cashiers check from my account. My teller was very friendly, handled it in a matter of three minutes, and made sure things were correct before sending me on my way. Highly recommend this branch.

Absolutely the worst regions I've ever been to. The tellers rarely seem to be able to do their jobs efficiently. I wait too long every time I'm here. Today, I was told I had to wait while the same two tellers worked on the same problem. Pitiful

This is the worst branch ever, staff is rude and far from helpful if I was the owner Id fire everyone and start fresh!! Drive the extra miles and go to a different branch save yourself the frustration

I am not happy with this branch at all! They miskeyed the account number on a large Check/Deposit, Posted a Returned check and Fees and when calling refused to do the research to fix their error. We had to physically come in to resolve their error. I spent 2 hours on the phone going no where fast with horrible customer service. NOT HAPPY, after 18 years of service, looks like time to change. This is not the 1st time.
