PNC Bank

Went to add someone to my account on Saturday and was told there wasnt a banker available that could do that and would have to come during the week. Adding someone to an account should be available any day that the bank is open or at least available on the app.

Bank tellers are always nice when I walk in. I love how they have the greeter at the front too!

I had made an appointment, so I showed up at my time and had to wait in the lobby. A man came in and was shown into an office, explaining that HE had made an appointment. I was finally helped by a woman who said it was her last day because she was leaving the bank. The man who previously helped me had already left the bank. I could go on, but I think you can connect the dots.

Unprofessional and disrespectful!!!!! 😬 Think of any negative word to describe banking service and it will apply to this PNC bank branch. I have had the worst experiences with this bank manager.
