waited about 1hr... to just hear that banker can not do it.... wrong information about canceling credit card they arent nice and just handing it off to customer service.... not a good place to make secured credit card

Out of all the people I have dealt with in banks over the years, the best service I have ever received in any bank anywhere is here.
Ms. Treasure is the sweetest, most polite, respectful, punctual, and helpful banker I have ever met. Any issue I have ever had has been resolved quickly and efficiently and she always returns my calls. She is an absolute asset to this bank and I hope management sees this and relays my message because she deserves the recognition for the amazing work she does. Thank you so much ma'am for all of your hard work, dedication, helpfulness and kind demeanor! I appreciate everything you do!!
