Where to start? Oh yeah with the VP Branch Manager Bryan Stephens Linder. She is very condescending. She talks very loud and is very narcissistic. She embarrasses others in front of a whole lobby of customers in order to make herself seem important when in fact she is just a warm body holding a position which can be filled by someone a third of her age at any given time. She took my 85 year old mother in her office and questioned her for 20 to 30 minutes because she was trying to take cash out to pay for a slab and headstone for her sister after a teller had already questioned my mom about a vacation and other personal questions which were none of their business. My sister who is on the account was told to wait in lobby making her feel like she was accused of scamming her mother. This is reason a month later I went in holding the POA with my mom and sister to close account. I courtesy called Bryan aside and told her why we were closing account and that she was main reason and she had no response. She took the easy way later to deal with it over the phone and when told this she made all sorts of excuses. If I could give no stars I would. By the way she talked down to a gentleman the day we went in to close account and he was very frustrated. She belittled him also. She needs to be replaced.

This isn't a poor review because of the employees, but because of the bank practices. If you are business, please note that you are unable to verify cashiers checks w/ PNC. They will not confirm funds, which if you are a business can be a problem.
