      image I will never have enough good things to say about PNC. All locations.... excellent. Before i banked at pnc...I used to drop off one of my employees deposits at the Springhill branch. The first time I walked in they were almost dancing around welcoming me..lol. and each time i went in after that.... they seemed even happier to see me than the last. And i wasn't even a customer, lol.... .. so, after a couple of months I went to my bank (REGIONS) across the street, closed all my accounts...and walked my money across the street to PNC. They are so patient with me at this branch on airport. I think I'm up to ...12...idk..13 lost/destroyed/melted in the dryer checkcards. They literally laugh every time i come in because they know what I've done. They treat me like family and I love them. I'll never use any other bank.

      image The bank employee was very friendly & professional. She took care of my needs & helped me avoid fees by suggesting I do my second transaction the following day. She was quick & very efficient. She seemed to be a very experienced employee.
