Trustmark

If I could give TrustMark  negative stars, I would. This company is AWFUL!!! First I was trying to build a house and Jared McDonald lied over and over to me wasting a year of my time. I finally gave up with this joke company and immediately got my dream home. Then I started working in insurance. And  I learned just how bad TrustMark really is. We are constantly fighting with them to pay their customers insurance premiums that are escrowed. SOOO many customers have had lapses in their coverage due to TrustMark just not doing what they are supposed to do. They just dont care about their customers at all. I am now so thankful of how awful Jared McDonald is at his job, or I would have problems with my ins also.

Ask for a receipt for the transaction I just completed, they would not give me one and So rude to . I would not recommend this bank to anyone if you going to use this bank you're crazy.. I think the person over this bank needs to have to go back for classes for relations with customers. And should not be in this business..

Well there is one loan officer that works for trustmark who was rude never Communicated with me flat out just did not want to help me and was not a help at all I never had someone treat me that way I would not recommend that one person

I applied for and was told my loan was approved, dropped off all my required documents, but never heard back from the loan originator. I emailed, phoned, and even called the branch directly and still no response. At this time I don't know what to do. Buying a home is stressful enough, but not being able to trust it depend on the mortgage company is a different story.
