        Years ago, this was a great branch, especially for Private Clients: the branch manager knew your name, service was efficient, people repeatedly going "one extra step" to cater to your needs... Fast forward to now. No one cares anymore. Multiple people waiting for hours to talk to a human. So-called "managers" wandering around pretending to be extremely busy (with what?!). Everyone is looking at you as a nuisance that needs to be someone else's problem. I've been waiting for 30 minutes for a chance to talk to a manager (I've been a Private Client for decades) and I eventually gave up. I still believe this is not indicative of Chase, but the way this branch treats clients is a disgrace (for a client-first type of business). I will be escalating this issue to Chase management. If you had similar experience, you should do to.

        I always have very positive experiences at this Chase Bank. Staff are very friendly and helpful.. Wait time is always short. Very happy with this Bank.
