        THE WORST customer service at this branch. Every time. Its June 4th 2021 and I just spoke to a Sabine who had a most rude and unprofessional manner. She sighed and acted like I'm a nuisance and then raised her voice at me when I got upset about something. They are just rude, unprofessional, and also unable to communicate clearly and explain things. If you're thinking of joining this bank, don't.

        I walked with my wife into the Ave.M branch on Sunday. There was no line to the cashier, and no line to customer service. We were served right away. This was very refreshing and uplifting because I got used to always waiting long time in other banks before being served. This branch is open on Sundays, and representatives are very nice and friendly. Giving also their good money-market account rates, in my view, this bank is number one in Midwood for banking.
