Recist stuff, especially David, who is Georgian. I came here early morning to open business account, and I was first customer and teller lady told me to sit down and wait after 5 minutes she guided me to 2nd floor and agin told me to sit and wait until David is done with other customer. I was waiting for this David about almost 1 hour, when he came out and said to me wait again because he has another customer with appointment, he is gonna check if they are not there he will take me but right after me there was 3 men also Georgians as him and also with no appointment like me, guess what he went to help them with their issues. Then I went downstairs to the teller lady. If she could help me, she said yes and waited again. She went to another teller lady to discuss why this David rejecting whatever she asks him to do. Dear BoFa managers, please take care of your employees because this is very disrespectful if employees have problems with each other that doesn't have to impact the customers. After long time waiting, David came back and told me to wait Again in his office, but he never came back after waiting him for while went downstairs to ask another teller lady if she can help me she also said wait " I just saw David in the kitchen he will be with you shortly" that ladies word. Come on guys, I didn't ask you to help me during your lunch time. That was exactly his working hours, awful experience. I didn't deserve to be treated like that. I'm a customer of BoFa for more than 10 years. I definitely will call the main office with this issue and complain about it. These 3 disrespectful, unprofessional, awful employees wasted my 2 hours there for nothing. Left without opening business account.
