During the weekend, the people working there are a disaster! One of them is a horrible person, she always screams at customers, being rude to them and unprofessional at all. On top of that, she doesnt do her job well, she mixed my order once and one time I found a milk tamper in my coffee!!! SAME PERSON EVERY TIME.
Last incident with her was today, I had an argument with her because she didnt put my order on the app pick up area, and when I talked to her, she aksed to stop talking!!!!!!!
I am a regular customer that keep this store functioning and she can have a job, and this is how I am being treated!!!
However, during weekdays, the employees are amazing, and they always do their jobs perfectly, in the past this was not the case as there were rude employees.
I put one star to track the owner attention and I will not come here on the weekends. Once I see the weekend staff changed, I will change my rating.
