Missing item. Clerk gave me attitude and repeatedly questioned my order. Some hash browns were burned & the rest were hard to chew. Asked for napkins (none were in bags) and was told they were on bag. I said there are none, may I have a couple. She grabbed bag looked in and then gave me 1 napkin. I wasn't upset but her attitude was wrong/bad.

I love this Dunkin Donuts. I had such a great experience with this young girl who took my order today. She was very sweet. I did not like the attitude of her coworker who was quite blatantly being rude and aggressive to her. This poor girl was so stressed by this woman. I felt nothing but anger towards how this woman was treating her. I believe this coworkers name was K? I didnt catch her first name. I hope management settles this issue, and addresses how this woman treats customers as well as her coworkers. She has a attitude. My coffee was completely wrong, that she made. Its completely unnecessary and unprofessional!!! Overall the other staff is amazing, quick service, and good coffees.
