Acoustic Java Roastery & Tasting Room

I ordered a chai latte with whipped cream. The whipped cream was an extra $0.99 charge, a little expensive for whipped cream but fine I wanted it. When my order came out I was told they ran out of whipped cream, no mention of offering me a refund for it. Just poor customer service.

Double cap to go was good, but waaay too hot. Surely that milk was above 160. Barista heated up our croissants without asking us which was a disappointment as we were having them later. Also the barista informed me that they ran out of whipped cream for the Chai latte which was no big deal, but didn't even offer a refund for the 99 which I would of refused in the first place anyways (I work retail and understand customer satisfaction.) Sadly we won't be back again.

My recent visit to Acoustic Java Roastery & Tasting Room was a delightful experience for the senses. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the rich, comforting aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans and the cozy ambiance of the tasting room. The menu offered a diverse selection of artisanal coffees, each crafted with care and precision.

Nice place to enjoy some excellent coffee and watch as they roast the next batch. A wide variety of beans and blends are available.
