        RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I returned my rental and was shy about $5 in gas and they charged me $78!!! Told me I had to call the 800 number to dispute it. Called and spoke to a rep who told me they DEFINITELY overcharged me for the gas at this location. Will NEVER rent from them again!!! Whoever the manager is should be ashamed!!!

        I have never successfully picked up a vehicle from this location. On three separate visits, they have told me they have no cars available for rent, even with a prepaid reservation. I watched the woman working the counter tell several people who had made reservations 2+ WEEKS in advance that they had no cars available for them, either. As it turns out, just returning a car from another location to this Avis is a nightmare as well. A fraudulent $29 "fuel service charge" was applied to my receipt for returning the vehicle "7/8ths full." The fuel indicator line was visibly ABOVE the full mark.
