I biked a car on line after calling the company three times and being on hold for 20 to 30 miners each time. Whent to pick up the vehicle after they charged me for it. Then I was told that I had to have a major credit card. I will not be able to use the car I already paid for. After talking to customer service again on hold for 20 minutes. I was told that if I call before I rent they would have told me I needed a major credit card. Even though they tell you when you call to do everything thing on line. This company needs to add a message that says if you are using a debit card you a major credit card.

The hours of operation were already difficult to work with before I started the rental process (8am-1pm). I received text confirmation that I could come pick up my rental at 8am and the hours on the website and answering service say 8am. When I arrived at the location there was a sign that said they did not open until 9. Enjoy taking personal time off of work to get your rental, I hope theyre open for you.
