Enterprise

This morning I hit a deer in the middle of nowhere and because of it being a Saturday, apparently everywhere was closed, near the accident. This enterprise was my only hope to save our family road trip by getting a rental car. I’m sad to say I cannot remember the gentleman’s name that helped me but he was so wonderful. We were looking for an SUV to fit the 5 of us and our luggage but instead we got a minivan. What an unexpected perfect decision. The car had more than enough space and the man was so kind and efficient. He had the van ready when I arrived and I was in and out within 5-10 minutes. Definitely thankful for this experience after such a rough morning of the uncertainties.

After an absolutely disasterous day of being thrown around to 4 different enterprises in 7 hours, this branch finally helped. A flat tire issue turned into a massive miscommunication between corporate and the branches in the area and they could not replace our tire or car. We were suggested by corporate to drive 3 hours on the spare in hopes many of these branches could help, but this was the only branch who cared enough to make something work. Grady had exemplary customer service skills and helped us get back on the road after a stressful delay. He met our stressed attitudes with kindness and solutions, please buy this man some donuts.

They are a rip off and have a guy named Conner that tries to get people to give him cash for hail damage before even renting a car!!!! He did not take pictures of car before renting there were no hail storms in Cheyenne during use driven only local then tried to bill insurance for hail damage to vehicle!!!! Area manager Meagan was notified in Las Vegas numerous other reports!!!! BEWARE
