Lawyer up if you wanna live here as we should have. I wouldnt even give it one star, this company told us that we dont typically end contracts even tho mold was growing on the exterior wall and that it was our fault for having cloths in our closet. I dont recommend these apartments to anyone especially since they do very bad repairs. When they actually repair or do something about it. The ONLY and I mean only thing they did when I said that mold was growing on the wall all by the trim, window, and closet, with water damage and with ripples in the paint, was have a lady come wipe it off. Jim the manager was going to call me back with his assessment on the place and I have received nothing. They tried to say it was from us yet the window wasnt done correct and there is visible Water damage on the ceiling and coming down from the ceiling. Theres was only 3 babys and 2 adults trying to live there. No biggy right?

It was decent. Until my upper neighbor had there water heater explode *due too neglect by the property manager*.
This resulted in mass water damage coming into my apartment, along with mold. I had attempted to contact management and too no luck, which I guess I'm not surprised. Takes days to respond to emails, never picks up phone, nor text.
If you attempt to email them it won't go thru, you have to wait to get an email from them. Although I had attempted to contact management with no success, I decided to move and tried letting them know.
I gave them a heads of before my 60 days, and of the months I can't move out. I finally got something back, and management was ignore most of the problems I had showed them *with picture evidence*.
Even with pictures of evidence and listing the laws they have broken, and I actually getting sick from the mold and am still recovering, refuse to refund me my money, or even get me in contact with Corp.
They also neglect there older building, SO if you wish to move here. Check your own stuff, get into the newer buildings, or just go somewhere else.
