Called in looking for apartments due to a future move. Spoke to Sam, she was wonderful to talk to and answered all my questions about the area and the apartments and amenities! Very clean and well maintained!

My husband and I lived there for 3 years and towards the end of our 3rd year we had a neighbor move in who would slam the door like if they wanted to seal it shut and would make everything in our apartment shake and would scare our new born awake . We brought it up to the management office to which they responded that it was part of apartment living. The car garage are placed right under the bedrooms so we were able to hear whenever a neighbor came in or out. Management also does not give good maintenance to the property during winter time. My husband was on his way to work and slipped on black ice and ended up with a laceration on his hand. He went to the ER and received 12 stitches and because of it, missed 2 weeks off work. He reported the fall to the management office and only received an apology. He reached out for them to at least pay the ER visit which they said they would but after months of going back and forth they completely refused to pay for it or provide any insurance information. Based on our experience I would recommend everyone to avoid this place.

Beautiful apartments, reasonable rent considering you get an attached garage and heat is included in the rent, very responsive property manager, on-site maintenance. Have nothing to complain about! Love it here so much.
