        While the apartments themselves are nice/new.... they screwed us over in the end and now we're paying for months after our lease has ended because there was no communication about the move-out process and they haven't filled the apartment. Overall, that really ruined/outweighed any positives here.

        2 bedroom newly built apartments. Has only a single air conditioning unit (for the entire apartment) which is annoying. However the management is great and extremely responsive to feedback. Snow cleaning needs a little work on but expect that this is due to COVID-19 and worker issue.

      Dear Jordan:Thank you for your patience in our response; a Google glitch has had our review dashboard down for the past couple of months.Per the lease agreement you signed, if you cut your lease short, you are responsible for the rent until that lease term is up (unless the unit can be filled before that). It was communicated to you in the lease that you signed. This is industry standard.Thank you for having allowed us to provide you a home, and best wishes to you in your new home.
