After hearing all over the news about how people were falsely accused of theft and then immediately found innocent, I'm NEVER going to rent from this company. Never have and now never will. Especially after learning you all accused a man for stealing a car from Georgia when he had never went to Georgia and NEVER RENTED A CAR FROM YOU ALL! THIS HAS TO BE THE MOST DISGUSTING DISORGANIZED COMPANY IVE EVER SEEN! I'm sure the people at this location mean well. It's not their fault. It's Hertz HQ that is the problem.

Will update this post after we return the car. Read some reviews about Hertz charging people for things they didn't do (smoking charge when they didn't smoke or pet cleaning when they don't have pets). We neither smoke not have pets, so we will see. Right now the only review I can make is the check out process. The location in Fond du Lac is not open so they had to bring a car from Appleton. No representative present to go over the car. Took MANY pics of damage etc that I saw. Also noticed they wrote down the mileage they had...when at Appleton. Wouldn't be a big deal except that was about 45 miles after we got it and they don't have unlimited miles on this vehicle. If all goes well when we return, the stars will go up because their price was the best. I'm sceptical because of other reviews I saw. Update... Now 4 stars instead of 3. Didn't hear anything from Hertz but also was not charged extra for anything. All good. Just a little strange there was no contact with any rep. Oh well.
