Budget Car Rental

STOP , STAY AWAY , This place is horrible , unethical to the core, will also be calling BBB , and online services they are connected to. They charged my credit card sever times for things like gas. Yet I returned the car full . Charged fie insurance yet I was covered by my cc. Car was a year 2007, not what I rented . No upgrades , yet the lot is full of cars. They dont answer there phone either. I had to call corporate to get my money back.

I normally never give horrible reviews, but I rented a car and left an item in it after I returned it. I called about 5 times the next morning and finally got through- the lady said she would call me back after she talked to whoever cleaned it. No calls back for 3 days. I just stopped in there (after calling 10x - day for 3 days with No Answer) saw the car I rented sitting out in front and she said that isnt the same car you rented. After I already confirmed the license plate. Im just so disgusted with how they dont communicate. Next time rent from the airport.

Booked a car for a trip to town, had the correct pickup time to only find out they wont be open so there would be no way pickup the vehicle after my flight landed. Called and was told nothing I can do.

The outside of the car was not washed agent said they didn't have time to wash the car but did vacuum the inside which was questionable seeing we cleaned it out even more. Also had problems contacting Budget during our rental for engine service light on the car and trying to report an hit and run incident. Also wanted to over charge us on the rental period seeing we rented for 41 days. We provide the paperwork on the correct rate from our online booking with Costco.
