If there was an option for 0 stars I would give them 0. TERRIBLE manager. Employees look like lethargic dogs in a cage. Manager messed my bill up and said he would fix it. NOPE. He lied!!! The only employee who was helpful was Henry. He was the only honest dog in that cage of infestation. If you MUST go to this store... don't forget to bring your GAS MASK because the store smelled like a dogs ass.

The general manager here was very helpful. He gave very good advice to what is actually the titular deal. Plus, he threw in a discontinued screen protector for my phone. Probably the best experience I have had with best buy. Thanks!

Lied about a promotion to get me cancel my phone lease somewhere else. Double charged me an activation fee, double charges me two seperate plan types for 1 phone line, set up 4 phone numbers and 4 leases on one account (they kept screwing it up and just kept trying to do it with a diff phone.) They had a promo S+$25 a mo, S $20 a month for presales. The general manager flatout said that wasnt true...prove it. On the phone i was told you have to come in any paperwork would be on file and they could see that yes i had gotten that promotion and there looked like a mistake when they did and no $100 had been credited, come in and itll be fix. I took off work and rushed in i have to resolve this asap as my grandma just died and im flying across the country. The general manager then proceeded to say we nvr had that promotion, you are crazy and confused and to get out of his store n just leave n go deal with my dead grandma then if that was so important. I said no i took off i need this fixed now ur charging me way more than necessary i he just kept saying maim i know how to cout maim i can read maim i can count maim i can read. I was so humilating. He basically said i wont help you, ill make sure no one else does and too bad. Yup ur accounts messed up yup you got charged to much.... hows that my problem. I have real customers and clearly you cant be here ur occupued by this thing and pointed to mt two yr old playing blocks... so rude. He went on and added yet more charges just for going in there. I am filing complaints eith coorporate and bbb. They stole 390 from me and continue to chage me. They have 4 $900 lease under my name i never signed for and theyre costing me $200 for 1 phone line witb unlimited text and data THATS IT! WARNING STAY AWAY ONCE YOU LET THEM IN YOU ACCOUNTY THEY WILL CHANGE YOUR PERFECTLY FINE ACCOUNT INTO A HUGE MESS TOTALLY IRREVERSABLE. This guy should really be fired, what a jerk!
