If i could have it zero stars i would ive been waiting for 3 weeks for them to repair my screen they told it would be 3-5 days i waited a week and a half no call so i went in and they said they just got it in and they still dont know when they can get it fixed.

My phone carrier could not help with my problem, but the young gentleman here took care of my situation. At no charge. Very impressive knowledge

Do not take your phone here ever! Took my phone in to have it repaired for a screen intermittently going black their diagnosis was a bad screen. Well after over 10 phone calls and messages and different stories from the staff that answered their "tech" told me they couldn't fix it after having it for over a week when I was quoted it only taking a couple hours. Now it won't do anything won't charge won't turn on and the back of the phone just falls off because of their incompetent work. Thought this used to be a decent company but it is not any more if ever was. Don't support this scamming business.

My service is with T-Moblie but I called Spokane wireless to order a battery for my phone. I made the mistake of paying for it when I ordered I was told it would be 3 to 5 days they would give me a call when it arrived t hey charged me 44$ and some change here we are over a week later no call no battery not to mention the fact I found the battery on Amazon for 11 dollar's t he amount of overcharge is ridiculous I will not be using Spokane Wireless in the future. I suggest you do not either unless you like lousy service and additional charges for credit card or debit card payments.
