        There are always issues with this store whenever I come to do business. My wife wanted to pay off the remainder of our bill, and the sales rep gave her an attitude like we were bothering him. Very unpleasant. Then, a few days later, I came back to drop some cash for an 2 upgrades and the dude left a sign saying he would be gone for 2 hours (3 to 5). The store opens at 10 and closes at 8. Come on! I just ended up going the distance and went to the Valley store instead like we did last time. I figured a year would change the service here, but I guess not.

        We bought our first phones there 6-7 years ago & our experience was awful. I swore I would never darken their doors again. My wife talked me into going there again yesterday to update our phones. We were pleasantly surprised how we were treated..Jorge helped us & we both were elated on how he took his time & wasnt pushy. Jorge explained the options to us & we walked out of there extremely pleased with what we decided on. We WILL go back!!!
