They did not hesitate to call the company to help me get my bill lowered. The hold time was 18min!!!!

I went here to get my phone bill paid. The guy up front was friendly and very patient, even though my debit card kept declining the payment multiple times. I finally went to my bank app and figured out the problem, which the payment was accepted not too long after. Thank you for helping me out.

The guys who work there are usually so helpful and take alot of time and effort to help me pick the best phone in my price range and explain everything to me- because I don't know what I'm doing, and then set up the new one, transferring all my info and apps etc. Except the last time, I was kinda disappointed, I left there with questions still and things left undone. So I'm probably going to have to go back in soon and have someone else finish helping me set up. I only took away one star because usually everything is perfect.
