Burien Toyota

I recently visited Toyota of Burien to buy a 2021 Toyota Highlander Hybrid and unfortunately encountered unethical behavior from their Sales Manager, Pape Moraga. He not only attempted to deceive us by providing false mileage information on a car we were interested in purchasing, stating it had 42,000 miles when it actually had 46,996 miles, but also mistreated us after negotiations. When we confronted him about the misinformation, he failed to provide an explanation but instead diverted the conversation to our skin color and English accent. This discriminatory behavior is completely unacceptable and compounds the unethical conduct of misrepresenting the car's mileage. Discrimination and fraudulent activity have no place in any business. I urge Toyota of Burien to take immediate action to address this situation and ensure that all employees uphold ethical standards in their interactions with customers. I also want to acknowledge and thank General Manager John Chong for taking the time to speak with me and address the situation. It's important that actions are taken to ensure all customers are treated fairly and ethically at Toyota of Burien. Thank you!

Took my GR Corolla for a 10 mile oil change under warranty. My two front mudflaps were bent as they lifted my car up. Highly do not recommend going to here for any maintenance. Ill be doing my own oil changes from now on.

Disclaimer: Ive not purchased a vehicle at Burien Toyota; I get my work car serviced here. I always appreciate how clean the Burien site is, from the Service drive up bay to the waiting area to the snack area. Customer service is always top notch, and the waiting area has a quiet room where I can get work done on my laptop.
