Last Saturday, driving from Canada to US we had experienced a problem from our Toyota Rav4 with "check engine" error. We called Toyota Canada (Regency Service Dept) but they cannot explain or give us some advice or I don't feel any concern at all (sorry to feel that way). So we decided to visit the nearest Toyota Service and luckily we are just 4 mins drive from where we were that time. It was obviously a busy day for Toyota Bellingham but me and my partner were really surprised how they treated as with the real "Toyota Care". Special mentioned to our advisor that time, John Springer, he was really nice and very passionate on really helping us. I hope we have someone like John here in Canada:) He explained to us every detail of the problem (thermostat) and we actually end up paying nothing because luckily we are still under warranty. Thanks to the Mechanic as well for the video...you guys are great! We spend most of our day in Toyota Bellingham but we are very happy because they rest assured our safety first before going back to Canada:) We met Tyler as well, and help us to answer most of our questions:) God bless to you Toyota Bellingham:)

Just happened to be in the area working decided to get an oil change on my Lexus. Nick and Noah were both eager and happy to help with no appointment needed. John the service manager initially greeted me walking in the door and showed me the way to Nick who got me checked in right away. Asked me what services I wanted to be performed without being pushy. Even offered other services without pressing. Great service and fair price would come back for sure if Im in the area again and in need of service. Thanks Nick

I have been thinking about buying a car for the past few months. I had the most wonderful experience with Lee. We hit it off right away and he completely understood my needs and was extremely helpful and also an incredibly calming presence! Buying a new-ish car was a really big decision for me. Having him help me through the process made it a breeze! I cannot recommend him enough. If and when you choose to work with someone at the dealership, ask for Lee, you wont regret it!

We worked with John C. to buy our new Toyota Sienna. He was extremely communicative and very helpful in getting us one quickly. He showed us how to use all the features and made it easy for us to feel comfortable in our new vehicle. Wed definitely with him again.
