        Zero stars would be appropriate. I scheduled a 12:15 oil change and sat around for 45 minutes until 1pm and my truck hadn't moved into the shop. I inquired as to what was going on and they stated that the technicians just got back from lunch so I checked out and left. Why schedule me to be there at 12:15 if you aren't going to start for an hour? I wasted 3 hours of my day attempting this oil change in drive time and sitting around. Foothills Toyota does not respect their customers time.

        I bought my 2021 Rav 4 today, and I had the best experience possible at Toyota Foothills! I was approached by Ed, and he helped me with any questions I had and walked me through everything thoroughly! He even stayed late to finalize everything and didnt mind it at all. It was wonderful working with Ed, and the finance team as well. A++ work here at this location.

        They had me pay $500 for AC reset and oil change. They told me the battery in my van would last another 5,000 miles. My husband took my van today to pick up our daughter, and the battery died, and my AC doesnt work as well now. Im so upset. Ive been going to you guys for the past 2 years, and so disappointed in your service. Terrible! Also, someone needs to return phone calls. This is ridiculous!
