Budget Car Rental

Watch out. They charged me more without a reason saying that there is another mandatory tax. For some reason that mandatory tax wasnt quoted or on my rental agreement.

Trunk had a spot soaked in gasoline that stuck out the car, wicked into my girlfriends luggage and ruined clothes. The vehicle had not been properly inspected before handing it over to us. I didnt notice because the trunk was open. My girlfriend said all the windows were down when she got in. We couldnt ignore the smell. Windows down or up a/c on it didnt make a difference. After arriving at our destination we realized her suitcase and clothes inside wreaked of gasoline! It was so bad the entire hotel room wreaked if it. We had to lock it away in the bathroom and eventually threw it and the clothes away. Fortunately the corporate office refunded the expense of the rental, but that cant take away the headache or return her favorite clothes.
