My experience was excellent with both pick up and drop off the car here. Scheduled to pick up the car around 8 AM, showed up around 8:30 AM but no waiting at all.

Excessive waiting for a car I reserved weeks prior. A bit disappointed waited 1+ hour. Waited in one line then a 2nd line for keys.
